Responsibilities:
1.Be responsible for implement company's recruiting plan;
2.Be responsible for manage the whole recruiting process;
3.Be responsible for select recruiting channel, contact headhunting, Internet advertisements vendor and internaltransfer cases;
4.Be responsible for new employees orientation and explain the company's policies and regulations;
5.Be responsible for conduct testing candidates and reference check;
6. Being responsible for Body training and whole training process in order to ensuring the training successfully conducted;
7.Provide secretary and admin support for General Manager;
8.Complete other works assigned by leaders.
Qualification & competence requirements:
1.Bachelor Degree or above majored in Human Resource Management;
2.More than eight years work experience with five years working experiences in staffing &recruitment;
3.Experience with the industrial technical volume hiring is preferred;
4.Good English skill both in written and speaking;
5.HR knowledge;
6.Good communication skill;
7.Detail oriented;
8.Can work under pressure.
