工作职责

1. Independently Create software components to be re-used in different solutions and systems；

独立地创建软件模块，用于不同的解决方案和系统；

2. Cooperation with system architects and independent implementation of a software design；

与系统架构师合作，独立实施软件设计方案；

3. Compilation of functional specifications, effort estimations and development schedules；

对软件项目范围，功能和开发周期进行准确评估；

4. Implementation of SW systems (including studies and/or prototypes), performing tests and quality assurance tasks like code reviews, usability checks, code inspections；

负责软件系统（包括研究和/或原型）过程实施，性能测试，以及代码审查，可用性及细节等代码质量的控制；

6. Coaching of the development team (Implementation, design, test and special know how regarding 3 D Graphics.) ；

指导软件开发团队（如何对三维图形软件技术进行实施，设计，测试和掌握）；

7. Pursuance of project and product spanning targets: Compilation of maintenance and programming directives; compilation and selection of a suitable development environment; design and maintenance of core SW components；

根据项目和产品跨越式的目标，设定开发和维护思路，选定合适的开发环境或平台，设计和维护核心组件或模块；

Job Qualification

任职资格

1. Minimum of five years experience in software development (C/C++, Java, .net, C#, etc.)；

具有至少5年的C/C++,C#开发经验；

2. Profound knowledge and practical experience in the field of 3D Graphics development；

具有资深的和实践的3D图形开发技术和经验；

3. Profound knowledge in the field of 3D Graphics Algorithms, development of redundant server systems, Client-/server architecture, Multithreading；

在三维图形算法领域，具有丰富的不同服务器系统，CS架构，多线程的开发经验；

4. Professional knowledge in Graphics Standards (OpenGL, DirectX ), Programming Style(OOA/OOD) ；

非常熟悉OpenGL，DirectX等图形标准，OOA / OOD设计理念；

5. Proficiency in verbal and written English communications；

熟练运用英语进行口头和书面交流；

7. Graduate / Masters degree in Computer Science, Biological Engineering, or a related discipline；
