2 Initiate, monitor and co-execute the marketing plan as to achieve the goal of sales target. 2 Be responsible of planning and execution of whole marketing plan of identified product from pre-launch in order to get favor marketing shares. 2 Be responsible of planning and co-execution all marketing promotion activities with our expectation. 2 Be responsible of product training for sales forces and distributors ( materials, courses and result evaluation). 2 Be responsible of company brand promotion by exhibition of our products in ethical shows and product blooming by initiating the project of advisors board 2 Be responsible of product servicers by ethical support and assisting customers complaints of products. 2 Be responsible of summary of all information of competitor and developing proper activities to keep and enlarge our marketing shares. 2 Be responsible of other tasks assigned by management team. 2 To devote 20% of time supporting Global Sales SBU on IV product line. Minimum B.S/B.A degree with a major in nursing educationin, science, mechanical or chemical engineering or equivalent -At least five years relevant working experience, have experience to deal with nurse head,project management working experience or expendable commodity sourcing experience is preferable. -Proficiency in both Chinese & English language (Reading, Writing & Speaking) -Broad technical knowledge in manufacturing processing.
