岗位职责: ?负责整个mri产品线、辅件及服务的总体盈亏?在mri事业部内建立竞争力强的专业化产品营销、研发和产品管理团队，同时 与必要的职能部门建立合作，以取得在市场上的成功?与医疗产业市场与销售团队合作，规划设计新产品、 新服务、 并负责mri产品及服务线的升级?拥有开发与设计团队，确保新产品与服务的开发符合预算的时间，成本和制造目标?通过与医疗产业的业务运营、销售和市场团队合作，确保将新设计的产品和服务顺利导入市场 ?在产品周期内支持产品的研发、制造与服务?主动降低成本，以提升产品线的经济效益?管理产品周期决策开展工作:?培训、领导和开发医疗产业的人力资源 ?监控部门内以及合作的团队绩效，以实现一致的经济指标 ?管理研发工作，以确保产品性能、可靠性的设计目标及总拥有成本?管理合作的销售、市场团队和新产品导入的团队以实现 mri产品线的任务?代表公司与主要顾客、分销商及投资人建立和维护关系?支持运营部门及时做出意外事故的解决方案教育与工作经验要求:至少15年在医疗产业负责的经验，对mri流程有较好的技术理解能力和掌握基础设备及技术 。至少5年成功的盈亏责任经历。 responsibilities: ?responsible for overall profit and loss for the mri line of products, accessories, and services?builds a strong competitive team of specialized product marketing, engineering, and product management professionals within the mri group, while fostering collaboration with functional departments necessary for success in the marketplace.?in conjunction with shared healthcare business sales and marketing resources, plans new products, new services, and upgrades of the mri product and service line?owns development and design resources, and ensures the development of new products and services according to budgeted time, cost, and manufacturing targets.?ensures smooth introduction of newly designed products and services into the market through shared healthcare business operations, sales, and marketing resources. ?supports product throughout lifecycle in engineering, manufacturing, and service.?drives cost reduction initiatives to enhance product line financial performance.?controls product lifecycle decisions.activities:?train, lead and develop group personal ?monitor internal and shared team performance to agreed financial ?manage development to ensure design goals of product performance, reliability, and total cost of ownership?manage shared marketing, sales, and npi resources to meet mri product line commitments ?represent the company to key customers, distributors, and investors?support operations ensuring timely resolution of anomalieseducation and experience:minimum 15 years’ experience in positions of increasing responsibility within healthcare industry, with solid technical understanding of mri procedures and underlying equipment and technology. minimum 5 years of successful p & l responsibility.
